Order process

How to order?

The Diamonfire online shop is 24 hours, 7 days a week available. You can order your Diamonfire favorite pieces easily and independent. They’ll be send directly to you (if your delivery address is within Germany – we only deliver within Germany).  

You only have to put your wanted articles into your shopping cart. Inside this shopping cart you are able to delete or add articles as much as you want to, before you have submitted the final order.

Please consider that a submitted order can not be cancelled. But you can make use of the right of cancellation in written form within 14 days.

Wishlists

If you like one or more articles and  would like to keep it/them in mind, simply add a desired product to the wish list and Diamonfire Onlineshop will save it for you. Thus you are able to call up your selected products the next time you visit the online shop.You find the wishlist under the button with a heart symbol in the upper navigation of the Diamonfire online shop (next to “My account”). To add an item to the wish list, just click the heart button inside the article view. 

Registration

To order articles of the Diamonfire online shop, you have to be registered. Just register as a customer and fill in your contact data – these will be saved for the next order automatically as soon as you are signed in.

As a registered customer you are able to insight your current order and see its status. Further you are able to benefit from newsletters, exclusive previews, competitions and extraordinary and attractive customer specials (if you have signed our Diamonfire newsletter).

Username and password

Your contact data and all your orders are, as soon as you are signed in as customer, saved through your log in data (e-mail) and your self-determined password.  If you forgot your password, it is possible to reset it. You only have to click on the button „My account“  and afterwards inside the area “I’m already a customer” you find the button “Forgot your password?”. In the following steps you are able to enter your e-mail address (which you still used before for this account) and a confirmation link will be send to this address immediately. As soon as you confirmed the set back of your password through clicking on this link, you can choose a new password and enter it twice. 

Under „My account“ you are able to registrate and to see all your account data and settings all the time.

Availability

The article availability is shown within the product detail view. Please consider the following stagger:

- Green – Article is available

- Yellow – Only few articles available!

- Red – Article is not available for the moment

In general an obligatory information about availability and delivery date can only be given through an order confirmation that will be send out as soon as possible after your order. But please consider that first of all, after submitting your order, you receive an e-mail that informs you about the receipt of your order (this is not an order confirmation!). The final order confirmation will be sending out a few days after your order, as soon as we checked the availability of the items internally.

Delivery 

Please note, that it is only possible to deliver any orders of the online shop within Germany, Austria or Switzerland. 

Company holidays and public holidays

In case of our company holidays each year during summer months and in case of various public holidays, it may lead to delivery delays. Our office will not be occupied on these days and all orders can not be processed. We hope for your kind understanding, that all orders that are placed during these days, can only be processed afterwards. But nonetheless you are of course able to order online at that time.

The following dates 2019/2020 can not be seen as working days, because of company or public holidays (our office will be closed):

Delivery

Distribution/Delivery is only possible within Germany, Austria and Switzerland. In general all consignments are send by DHL. The price of the standard sending is blanket 5,99 Euro within Germany and 14,99 Euro to Austria and Switzerland. Please note that you receive, after the items are ready for dispatch, an e-mail with a link, where you can follow the sending progress.

For retail and wholesale customers, shipping costs are calculated according to the size and weight of the shipment.

Payment

All indicated prices in the Diamofire online shop shall be inclusive the statutory value-added tax.

You are able to choose the following means of payment during the ordering process:

PayPal

PayPal enables you to pay your orders comfortable  with only one input of your data. As soon as you choose the payment option „Pay Pal“, you’ll be passed on Pay Pal directly after completing the order.

Prepayment

If you would like to pay via prepayment, you first receive an e-mail that lists up your order directly after you completed your order. Within this e-mail you find all necessary bank information and a request to transfer the invoice amount stating the customer number and the order number. As soon as we receive the amount on our bank account, your order will be processed. As soon as this is completed, you receive an invoice via e-mail and your order will be send out. 

Gift vouchers

Gift vouchers can be bought in our Diamonfire onlineshop. You just have to choose one of the different gift vouchers within the categorie "Gift vouchers". You have the choice of the following voucher values: 25 Euro, 50 Euro, 100 Euro, 150 Euro, 200 Euro.

As soon as you put a gift voucher inside your shopping cart, you proceed as normal and order this voucher. After you have completed your order, we will process it internally and send you as soon as possible an order confirmation together with an invoice. After we received the complete invoice amount, we send you the gift voucher as pdf file via e-mail. The code, which is shown there, can be used for following orders. Please note: Per order only one gift voucher can redeemed. 

Redemption conditions

Gift vouchers can only be redeemed in our Diamonfire onlineshop under the following link www.diamonfire.com and via the Diamonfire shopping cart system. Redemption through phone, e-mail, mailing, fax or other Diamonfire dealers is not possible.  An afterwards redemption (after you send out the order) is excluded. 

To pay with a gift voucher, you have to create a customer account.  If the amount of the gift voucher will not suffice the order, you are able to settle the balance payment with an other shown payment method. To redeem this gift voucher, the shopping cart value has to be higher than the value of the gift voucher. A cash payment or refund of this voucher is not possible. For the redemption of Diamonfire gift vouchers our Diamonfire onlineshop general terms and conditions are valid. 

ATTENTION: Discounts or discount campains are not redeemable for any gift voucher order.
